Some people who are new to bulletin boards may find the posting a little challenging at first. It's very simple, but if in doubt, compose a message in a word processing program and cut and paste it into the message box. Then hit the "Preview/Post Message" button. If satisfied, with how it displays, hit, "Pot this Message." Otherwise, edit in the original box until satisfied.
